Ring in the Holiday Season with South of Broadway’s “Gong Show”

South of Broadway (SOBTC) is reprising this Variety Show Contest for a silly and slightly outrageous (we hope!!) end-of-the year fundraiser. Join us for an evening of high jinks (7-9:00pm) which will ensure an uproarious start to your Holiday Season!
Want to Audition?
We have some audition slots left, but are filling up quickly. Submit your idea and/or a sample of your proposed presentation via email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Monday, November 10 at 5pm. Acts can be one or more people. (THINK: Juggling, Contortionists, Magicians, Silly Acts with Multiple People, or Silly Acts Alone; Stand-up Comedy.) All acts must be self-contained and require minimal set up. There will be one mandatory rehearsal the afternoon of the show. The best submissions will be invited to audition on Saturday 11/16 at 5:00PM (video submissions will be accepted if you are unable to attend live.)
The chosen acts will be both WEIRD and WONDERFUL!! And the winning prize will include fun and luxurious items to excite and ease your holidays.

Celebrity Judges, including Channel 5 anchor, Jocelyn Steele and Charleston Celebrity Chef Brett McKee will preside over this evening of hilarity. Tickets are $25.00 p/person ($20.00 is tax deductible donation to SOBTC) or VIP tables for two, including a bottle of champagne are available for $75.00. ($70.00 is a tax deductible donation to SOBTC). There will be a ‘suggested donation’ cash bar and concessions available.
